Quick shipping, lovely items

Got my order with a few vintage envelopes and some floral stickers. They arrived in 7 days. Everything looked great and was packaged well. I'm happy with my purchase.

Good quality, minor delay

I ordered a junk journal kit, some pet tape, and a leather notebook cover. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. Delivery took 12 days to reach me in Arizona, which was a bit longer than I expected based on other online stores. The kit itself was well-curated with a good mix of scrapbooking ephemera and vintage postcards. The leather cover feels sturdy, and the pet tape designs are really unique. I had a question about tracking after a week, and customer service responded within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, I'm pleased with the product quality and the support, even with the slightly slower shipping.

Dependable stationery supplier

This was my third time ordering from Journalsay, and they delivered again. I picked up some more of their dot grid journals and a few wax seal stamps. The quality is always consistent, which is why I keep coming back. My last order for washi tape sets was just as good. Shipping was about 8 days to California, pretty standard for them. It's nice to have a reliable source for my journaling supplies.

Decent products, shipping could improve

I bought a set of their aesthetic stickers and a few ink pads. The stickers are really pretty and stick well, no issues there. The ink pads work fine for my rubber stamps. Shipping took about 9 days to my address in Ohio. Everything was packed securely, so no damage. My only minor gripe is that the tracking updates weren't super frequent, so I wasn't always sure where my package was. But for the price and product quality, it's a good spot for supplies.

Is Journalsay legit or like, one of those dropshipping sites with fake products? Some of the prices seem almost too good.

J James 2 months ago
Nah, they're legit. I've ordered from them multiple times and always gotten what I expected. The quality is good for the price.

They're a real store, been around for a bit. Not like fake brands or anything. You're good.

Has anyone had to return anything to Journalsay? Was it a pain or pretty straightforward?

G Greg C. 2 months ago
I returned some stickers that were duplicates, it was fairly easy, just followed their instructions on the site.

Their return policy is pretty standard. Just make sure it's unused and you contact them within the window. I didn't have any issues with a faulty stamp once.

Can you use more than one coupon code at checkout on Journalsay? I have a free shipping code and a percentage off one.

M Mike 1 month ago
Pretty sure you can only use one code at a time. Most online stores are like that.

Nope, almost positive you can't stack them. You gotta pick the best one.

Are their wax seals and wax beads any good? Looking to get into it and don't want to buy super cheap stuff that melts weird.

M Megan Silva 2 months ago
I got a kit from them a while back, the wax beads melt really well and the stamps are solid. No complaints from me!

They're decent! Not super high-end fancy stuff but definitely good enough for hobbyists. I've had no issues with mine sticking to the paper or anything.

Yeah, I got an order to San Diego, it was like 10-14 days. Pretty standard for international I guess.
